- very good scott! my only caveats are community and a long 5-10 year plan. we had half-dozen families try moving out/walking away ten years ago ALONE and without much of a PLAN…thus most all are back in town/mainstream, or still alone without a plan. i think lytle’s writing assumes more it0;commun22y≵ than we suspect, and far more planning for success when we’re talking about turning townies into farmers.
